It's an amphetamine,? and floods your "reward" pathways with dopamine(feel good chemical). It's like having an orgasm, but times 50 for over 6 hours... but that's why tweakers, only after a few times are all fidgety and don't make any sense anymore, they've pretty much depleted the dopamine and... well start to go crazy. I dunno if that's the best explanation, just look it up if you're curious. Tweakers are the lowest form of life...
